Thermo-PANEL is an element that fulfills the functions of thermal insulation and window’s circumferentiall seal.

Thermo-PANEL is a main element of STROPEX EMO panel system. The research carried out by Institute of Buliding Technology’s has confirmed Thermo-PANEL’s declared performance properties regarding admission to use in the energy-efficient and passive construction. The whole window’s statics has been considerably improveed by the increased window frame’s stiffness created by its mechanical connection to the Thermo-PANEL. This element is made on the basis of Thermo-PROFILE made of PVC filled with closed-cells rigid polyurethane foam and equipped with dedicated seal. Thermo-PROFILE is equipped on both sides with moldings made of rigid PUR foam and having thermo-insulation properties. There is an additional element in the internal molding, namely – a cladding that acts as preliminary finishing of window recess.

Properties:

• Double stems – increase durability and enable installation of windows and doors with using the system anchors in accordance with proper recommendations,
• Click system – enalbes easy, fast and stable pressing in of Thermo-PANEL to the window frame,
• Joint’s tightness, ensured by the special polyurethane seal
• Components: PCV (100% recycling of window and door joinery elements) and closed-cells rigid polyurethane foam, magnesium oxide cladding.
